Dre worked his way up from interning at Universal Records (working on projects from Juvenile to Lil Wayne) to becoming assistant at Sony BMG, to ultimately being Head of A&R at G Unit.  Along the way he has worked with artists such as Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, Omarion, Lil’ Flip, Three 6 Mafia, Xzibit, Life Jennings, Amerie, Goapele, John Legend, Genuine, Nas, and many others.
